When we were ask most people that what they think about Direct selling industry / Network Marketing industry or Multilevel Marketing Industry or Home based business they would have something negative in their regular dictionary to reply.

• It's Scam and illegal.
• It's Pyramid or Ponzi Scheme.
• It doesn't work. 
• We will loose our kept money and etc. etc.

But what as an active member of Direct Selling Industry my view is -

" Network Marketing is the best way to create the life you want without creating your products , without investing lots of money , without taking tensions . Beside this , You create relations with lots of people , your approaches and your social network becomes bigger slowly. "

Actually the peoples who are negative about this have their personal reasons which they shares with us when we ask from them to enter in this world's biggest industry - Network Marketing.

Few reasons what they says because of,

• They tried the industry and failed . So they assume that its a scam. This is about as rediculous as saying 

           - Education is a scam because you tried to pass your exams but you failed in one exam. So                    what will you do after failing in your exam ? Will you work more hard for again next time or                you will sit thinking that education is a scam.

           - Horse Riding and Swimming is also a scam because you tried  it and you can't ride or swim.

• They got into something that promised them to get rich quick and maybe it was a scam. A lot of companies were there who promised this type of sayings with the members and today also a lot of companies are running with same slogans . but that doesn't mean that Network Marketing is a Scam. The slogan they got into was a scam after which they enters in the industry. 

                             Legitimate Home based Business / Network Marketing / Multi Level Marketing /               Direct Selling Company with great products and services people are earning what they deserve           and it is not a scam.

• They want to save their value of face and rather than admitting to others they gave up. It is very easy on their ego and pride to cry scam. This is actually the things that happens. People Quit. People don't want to invest for success in their own business or don't want to increase their knowledge by taling one more lesson on "How to be success".  

If people agrees to try and learn in this business then I am sure that this is the business for you with very low investment . This is the best Business of the world. this is the business where you can create your own history and make your life king Size. This is the business where you can create your life which you want to live. Make the decision. Now the ball is in your court.....

As I said in previous post  ( to be a rich person you have only a single option ) that there is only one option to get rich which is multiply your work time by adding the strength of your man power. You can do this by investing huge amount , big amount or in free . we already discussed about huge investment and big investment . Now its time for the business in which you don't need to invest any amount. 

The bigger the strength of man power you will have the bigger personality you will become.

We are talking about the direct selling industry . Many people says multi level marketing or mlm.
In this business company saves the expenses of advertisement  on televisions, radio , newspapers , magazines , etc and distribute that amount among those peoples who are associated with that company as its free distributor and doing mouth publicity of that company by sharing the products of the company to their Referrals , past clients , current clients , future clients , relatives , friends etc.



This is the business of mouth publicity . That's it. You have to do nothing else.

Direct selling is the only business in which you spend nothing but can earn in millions. This is the only industry in the world which creates largest number of millionaires. But remember one thing. Peoples who think that this is not the reputed business , I want to clear their confusion. This is very costly hobby. Everyone can't afford it. Peoples with high and self motivation only can get success in this business. In the beginning you'll have to do very hard and tough efforts in mouth publicity one by one and when few customers ( approx 100 ) you'll have ( doesn't matter how, but yes in your group ), your customers will become money printing machine for you. Slowly the bigger your team will grow day by day your earning will also go higher. This policy will be apply on all of them too and it will continue. This is the business in which you have to manage a large number of peoples. You have to listen all of them. So by recruiting new customers , teaching them business rules , you will increase your man power and so that time. Explaining with a small example - 

If you are alone you can work for 24 hrs hardly but now after entering in the business module of direct selling ,If you have a team of  100 customers( businessman of Direct selling industry ) with the help of every customers , guess what ?

If 100 customers will do only 2 hrs of work for them from their choice of time , for their growth ,in which you are also helping from day one, you'll get 200 hrs of work for you. If they will give 8 hrs as a job or as a business in this business then it will become 800 hrs for you. If 50 peoples get sick some day then also 50 peoples are in working for you. If you 'll get sick some day then also they are working for themselves as for you.

So the manpower increases will increase your time and these both things will increase your earnings day by day for lifetime. And you will enjoy with your family by using much time , much money and with much better health , because

Time , money and  health are three factors in today's life.

They are enjoying because they are relax and they knew very well that if i not working , so what , their are my peoples who are working for me , who are working to get me some more money , who are working to make me rich on behalf of salary , continuously day by day and they are putting more efforts in their work on the name of increment and promotions.

So , my big Question is 

Who will be rich ? The employees or an Industrialist or that Business Owner ?

Absolutely , the second ones.

So , this is proven that you may have to multiply your manpower and time to increase your earnings day by day. Its proven. See the history of successful peoples. You have many examples  like
Tata Group , Birla Group , JK Group , McDonald , KFC , Maruti Suzuki Group , Hero group , Microsoft , Infosys, Hcl , Jindals , Flipkart , Snapdeal and so many . The list is very long but what the common thing in all of these . Only one and that is manpower and by using manpower they have much time for their work instead of 24 hrs.

If you are alone in your work , you have max 24 hrs for your work but if you have 100 peoples under you for your work you have 24 * 100 = 2400 hrs per day in different shifts. So, by increasing your time you can increase your work efficiency which can give you more productive result and this can give you more profits.

So if you also wants to apply this formula in your own life , here are solutions.

1) Start an industry with a huge investment , start giving admissions to employees and labor class in your industry , start giving them salary from the very first month in anyhow position during the time of production and before selling your products in markets and then also its not sure that the company will survive or not in the market because lot of competitors. So, the huge investment also can't take guarantee of your success.

2) Start your own business with big amount , have some staffs , but here also do you have guarantee that it will succeed. 

There are lots of work where you can multiply your time and manpower . You will have to chose one according to yourself and your capability.

We can save time in many ways and we can increase our time in many ways too....

First we will see How can we save our time while doing different things..

In this lesson we will learn to save time through capturing contacts which sometimes we really don't.

Reasons why you must capture any and all type of contact information ?

Are you disciplined in maintaining your address book ?

Sometimes , we start searching the contact numbers/email id/mailing address of a person for any task with whom we met anywhere as a stranger or we met very occasionally but we had hi , hello with him and exchanges our name in a simple talk . We remember that he is related to the work and he can help us but we don't have contact address because of occasionally meeting and simple hi, hello.

In these days of internet and smart phones, its amazing that how important is still to maintain a good address book. We don't know who can help us and where. So , we will have to ready to maintain our address book instead of wasting time in search of that contact on time when we need. If we have contact no, we can call him immediately without wasting a second.

The power of your address book ....

If you don't keep a contact's email id/cell numbers/mailing address and if you assume that you will get that somewhere easily by your sources when you need them , you are misguide.

You can find him through your social circle but it will take its own time and nor easily. You'll get that after wasting your precious time of few minutes/hours or may be few days. But what will happen if you need URGENTLY. 

I've seen some professionals who are regularly busy in updating their contacts  and who lives and die by email signatures in their inbox , face book friendlist , phone's contact numbers list and as well as on twitter , linkedin like social sites.They don't want to lose their any of the contacts whom they met once because nobody knows that we need whom in our busy life in the future and future's circumstances.

Make sure you need to capture contact informations whenever, wherever it appears in the form of visiting cards , letter's envelope , email signatures, etc.

1) Never knows when you'll need it.

               In any urgent moment or in simple courtesy call , you'll be glad that you have that number when you need it and you never know when a certain number will become valuable for you.

2) Know who is contacting you .

               In the time of smart phones , keeping your address book up to date allows you to pick up that "One important call" and greet the person by name. It will make easier to ignore the other calls of unknown numbers with full confidence.

3) By doing this , we can update our address book anytime if somebody changes their contact information because he can give message to his contacts regarding this through sms , whats app , face book etc.

Develop the habit of capturing contacts to save time and make life easier.

Those who think that winners are different and they are born to win in their fields , they all are wrong.

They are the winners because they have mastery in their time management and they do the same work as we do but in the different way. They do different type of works instead of a single job/business/self employment.

They believe in earning a currency from many sources ( example from 100 sources, so that they can earn 1 currency from 100 sources and that is why they earn 100 currency from 100 sources ) instead of earning 100 currency from one source. 

                 Just think, if someday your work will get disturb by chance ( who knows God wishes ) then what will happen ? You will lose your job/you will shut your business. But the man who is earning with 100 sources is having 99 options more from which he is getting money. So , who will be enjoy his success. The man who is doing single work or the man who is doing more than single work ? That is why they have much money , much work , much time for family and much healthier life they are living because they are enjoying their life. Those who are doing a single work , they are depend on that and that is why they don't want to lose it because that work is the only way for them to earn and they start feeling pressure of the work and due 

to this work load/pressure so many serious diseases will get involve in his lfe, they are not enjoying the life.

This is all because the winners knows about how to utilize their time and can do so many works, to earn money, at a time in different ways. They also wants to earn 100 $ but from 100 sources.

Here are few tips to avoid wasting of time ....

1) Make your own choice - Don't wait for others to make choices for you. You are the king of your own life. Why the others will think for you. This is your precious right to think about yourself. Make your self decisions.

2) Don't wait for perfect time /choice- There is no perfect time. There is just a time. You have the power to convert that time in your perfect time and make your choice the perfect one. Don't wait for perfect time , it won't ever come until you start. We heard often , that when time will come it will automatic happen, that my time will come one day and I'll show this I'll show that by doing that. that is all bogus. This is not possible until you start. Whenever you'll take start in your life then after only your time will come and and your that start will convert your efforts in your success one day.On that day your perfect time will come. So,

Take decision  and go with it. Don't think that what peoples thinks.

3) Make a choice and enjoy it - Have you ever made a choice ? You don't even give yourself the opportunity to experience your decisions, because you are too busy in thinking about of your choices. You are spending time in thinking not in acting.

                  When you make a choice .... go with it .... put your efforts .... and enjoy it. That is it. Don't think that what will be the result. The result will amaze you. But one thing is compulsory that put the effort 100 %. in any work. This is the must thing which you can't ignore.

                   If you don't have time for time management, it means you are not ready to enjoy your success. You are not ready to enjoy your time. You are not ready to enjoy your life. You are not ready to give time to your family. You are not ready to play with your children. You are just ready to spend your life as it goes with your daily routine.
